ASUS EEE Vs HP Mini
The reaction I seem to most people, if I ASUS is mentioned: "Who are they?" The same can not be said of Hewlett Packard. In the years since Mr. Hewlett and Mr. Packard began, high-quality electrical test equipment is in a commercial garage, the business grows and grows. You do not have production of the world's best electrical test equipment, but they are also major computer manufacturers, both in the mini-server and desktop and notebook arenas. You can not on many importantComputer stores, without something from HP even if only one printer.
HP has a small machine with a 8.9 "screen. Sounds good so far. You are a Vista machine with an option to downgrade the market, some versions of Windows XP. I was in a local electrical store, and they have been modified with to sell an ASUS Eee, but it also an ad for this little HP 2133 was equipped with a price tag that was exactly the same as the ASUS. So for $ 499 you get this little machine, but it hasa 120 GB hard drive. What is missing? The webcam is an extra and you need the price of research. I also find out whether there was a microphone in the press and speaker.
The Linux operating system, the HP2133 is from Novell. The difference between this and most other Linux-based operating systems is that they provide commercial support. This will be very helpful for anyone who experiences problems with Linux.
You should note that the specifications for theseHP2133 sub-notebooks seem to be dramatically different from one country to another. So check to http://www.hp.com and select your country from the drop-down list to the "United States - English" and see what is offered to you. In this way you will not get mad at me or HP if the local specifications do not correspond to what is available locally for you.
Should be undertaken at the specs and make your selection. I will wait to find out if the HP 2133 a microphone and speakers and how much has theWebcam. These can be the decisive factors. Perhaps we will need both the HP and ASUS, to test them.
